Happy New Year!
Please check the Class Schedule page for my most up to date public class schedule. Some exiting changes in this arena are happening this year. My 12:45 Meditation class at Yoga Six in the Gold Coast is now FREE for all participants. I started meditating regularly two years ago, and had dabbled for several years before making it a serious commitment. You can read my story here.
Another welcome change in my schedule: Tuesday vinyasa is now 15 minutes longer. 6-7:15pm at Yoga Now. Is it just me, or does an hour long yoga class just fly by? I’m excited to have more time to explore, warm up, and settle in with you.
Lastly, I’ve joined the Chicago Athletic Club staff and will be teaching at Wicker Park Athletic Club on Mondays at 6am. Come yoga with me before we all head to work.
